Our Refunds and Returns Policy has been designed in accordance with Australian retail standards and the ACCC to provide clarity and fairness.

We understand sometimes the item you purchased is not exactly what you wanted or spent too much money that day. We happily provide a return for credit or an exchange. We would love to offer free returns but we keep our pieces unique and our margins small with free shipping so you can have the best of both worlds. 

If you are unsure about an item please see one of our exclusive partners (stockists) in your area to view the product in person. 

Exchange Timeframe

You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to initiate an exchange or return for credit for a change of mind.

Restocking Fee

Returns for change of mind will not be returned for credit in store or an exchange for another item. Eligible returns for credit will be processed as in store credit, with a deduction of a 10% restocking fee (this fee covers the shipping cost of the original item and merchant fees). 

Eligibility Criteria

Ensure the item is unused, with all original packaging, plastic, and tags intact. Unfortunately used or damaged items will not be accepted or eligible for return.

Please ensure you contact the team and organise a RETURN / EXCHANGE approval prior to sending. We are not responsible for items sent without an approval first.


Notify KESA + KONC before returning a product to avoid complications at before sending the product.

Return Method

In store credit or exchange will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected. 

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning items for an exchange (change of mind).

Please ensure you organise tracking, KESA + KONC cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Inspection and Notification

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the replacement's dispatch or organise the credit note in-house.



Fault Definition

We cant be perfect all the the time but we try. In the rare event of a faulty product, we offer a full refund or exchange.

We deem a product faulty when its not functioning as intended please note wear and tear or overloading are not considered faults. Please note a different colour from computer or phone screen representation is not deemed a faulty item. All leather has slight colour changes due to the nature of utilising raw hides these are not considered product faults. 

A product fault is considered as hardware failure or not performing as it was intended. We do not accept returns for items aging or breaking from long term use.

Organise shipping once refund approved

Shipping cost will be reimbursed for standard postage only.

Refund Process 

If approved, the refund will be initiated in full back to the original payment method. 


Approval and Timing

If your return is approved, the in-store credit or refund will be initiated within 7-14 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Original Packaging

Ensure your item is returned in its original packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase.


Ship your return item with a reliable courier, as KESA + KONC cannot facilitate credit or exchange for packages lost in transit.
